Manages DoD data, records, configuration, and change-management processes. Maintains CDRLs, equipment inventories, records plans, databases, and SharePoint environments; supports audits, data requirements, reporting, compliance, and database administration. Collaborates with government staff and contractors, provides user support, develops management briefings, and ensures cybersecurity and information-security practices are followed.

Lead systems engineering activities across acquisition, development, integration, test, and sustainment for Air Force programs. Conduct trade studies, risk management per SEAM, requirements analysis in DOORS/Launchpad, system validation, and prepare technical reports and briefings. Support Agile/DevSecOps environments and collaborate with government and contractor teams.

Lead DoD program acquisition and execution efforts, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Support contract development and source selection, conduct program health and risk analyses, maintain acquisition reporting, and coordinate lifecycle logistics, mission planning, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with DoD/USAF acquisition policies and improve processes.
