Lead a small team to design, build, deploy, and monitor ML/AI solutions for Claims (fraud, triage, severity, litigation, subrogation). Manage projects, collaborate with engineering and IT, follow model governance, and mentor staff.

The role requires designing scalable solutions, influencing system architecture, and providing technical guidance within Guidewire ClaimCenter and related technologies.

Designs, develops, and updates statistical and machine learning models; automates analytical processes; documents assumptions and code; extracts data via SQL; participates in model/code reviews and communicates results to stakeholders.

Build and deploy predictive models and applied LLM solutions to support claims operations (fraud, subrogation, damage severity, triage, quality). Automate modeling pipelines, improve internal modeling capabilities and data infrastructure, monitor deployed solutions, and communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.

Validate and assure enterprise data quality across source systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting. Investigate production incidents, design test strategies and automated validation, perform regression and non-functional testing, analyze data quality metrics, support compliance/audit activities, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to improve data governance and controls.
