Responsibilities include complex SQL queries, DB2 stored procedures, WebSphere Application Server, compliant web services, Unix shell scripting, and Java/J2EE/EJB development. The role also participates in requirements gathering, business-user reviews, and hands-on development within WCC or MDM environments.

Provides advanced technical support for enterprise travel customers, troubleshooting applications, integrations, networking, Linux environments, and technical alerts. Handles escalations, documents cases and workflows, follows support processes, writes supervised code snippets, and collaborates with global teams. Requires strong production support experience, system administration knowledge, web protocol expertise, shell scripting, Perl or Python, XML, version control, and excellent communication skills.
