Lead JVS's marketing and communications strategy, manage a three-person team and external vendors, oversee brand, digital and print campaigns, fundraising communications, PR, website and analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive enrollment, employer partnerships, and fundraising.

Oversee vocational ESOL and job readiness programs for immigrant and refugee adults: supervise instructors, develop and modify curriculum and assessments, track program metrics, build partnerships, report outcomes to stakeholders, and provide instructional leadership and staff development to improve participant job placement and career advancement.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Windows-based end-user support (desk-side, phone, remote), manage accounts and devices, troubleshoot networks and AV, support Zoom/Teams/DocuSign/Verkada, maintain IT inventory and documentation, and assist with infrastructure projects and user training.

The CFO oversees financial management, planning, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, budget development, financial reporting, treasury management, and team development.
