Own customer success for government accounts by driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes. Develop account strategies, train users, monitor success metrics, manage stakeholders, de-escalate risks, and advocate for customers internally. Own the full SaaS sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Sell AI-powered software to local government entities, manage the CRM pipeline, meet sales targets, support marketing events, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to sales strategy. The role requires substantial software and quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably in GovTech or EdTech, with travel for events and client meetings.

The Customer Engineer ensures successful installation and adoption of products, designs custom solutions, and manages customer engagements throughout the sales and implementation process.

Lead engineering teams to develop AI-powered software for local governments, enhance user-facing features, and drive continuous process improvement.

Build full-stack product features, prototype AI-enabled functionality, work directly with customers to define workflows, own projects from discovery to launch, design scalable systems and APIs, and improve reliability and developer experience.
