Design, commission, and improve automated machines for Stack Forging production. Lead clean-slate machine design, run design reviews, document decisions, perform tolerance and statistical analysis, manage vendors, improve equipment reliability and OEE, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers.

Drive new product introduction by optimizing part designs for manufacturability, developing assembly processes, documenting BOMs/SOPs, supporting facility infrastructure and maintenance, analyzing production KPIs, and collaborating with design and production teams to implement continuous improvements.
