Own the growth strategy and product experience for Jobber Teammate, an AI teammate for home service businesses. Lead discovery, onboarding, activation, first value, habit formation, advocacy, acquisition, customer conversion, metrics, and monetization. Build AI onboarding experiences, understand customer behavior, drive mainstream adoption, and collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Marketing. The role requires shipping AI products, managing non-deterministic experiences, and expanding adoption from early users to existing customer bases.

Own the AI automations platform, including authoring, execution, evaluation, and improvement models. Build high-impact automations, enable product teams to ship efficiently, define platform metrics, and partner with AI engineering on agent infrastructure. The role requires customer discovery, technical decision-making, unit economics, and experience delivering adopted AI products and platforms.

Build and lead production AI systems as Jobber’s founding AI engineer within the Office of the CEO. Responsibilities include architecting internal AI platforms, working with LLMs, retrieval and agents, ensuring trust, permissions, security and reliability, embedding AI into company workflows, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, running rapid proofs of concept, and setting technical standards. The role partners closely with executives and teams across the company.
