The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys with filing visa applications, maintain client communications, organize case documents, and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.

Lead operational execution of eDiscovery workflows from intake through production and case closure. Manage collections, processing, hosting, Relativity workspaces, review/analytics, vendor relationships, QA, and billing to ensure efficient, defensible discovery support for litigation teams.

Lead statistical analyses of wage-and-hour, payroll, and timekeeping data for litigation and DOL audits. Manage 2–3 statisticians, develop methodologies, ensure quality control, present findings to attorneys/clients, and drive process automation and team development while leading multiple projects from intake through completion.

Lead statistician for wage & hour data analytics supporting class actions, single-plaintiff and DOL audit analyses using payroll/timekeeping data. Independently develop methodologies, manage 2–3 statisticians, ensure quality control, communicate results to attorneys and clients, and expand analytics tooling and process automation.

The Summer Associate will familiarize with employment law, assist in research and litigation phases, and prepare summaries on law developments.
