Coordinate recruitment, training, pastoral care, and supervision for InterVarsity Link field staff serving in Africa. Build partnerships with IFES leaders, manage administrative and financial support, organize orientations and ministry events, raise full salary through partner development, and represent InterVarsity in regional conferences and trainings.

Lead cross-cultural university student ministry overseas: teach, disciple, plant and grow student groups, develop and mentor student leaders, participate in evangelism and worship, handle administration and reporting, secure personal fundraising and maintain donor relations, comply with InterVarsity policies, and engage in ongoing spiritual and professional development.

Lead user adoption strategy for a student-data app across pilots and large outreach windows. Design role-based onboarding, recruit peer champions, track adoption leading indicators, run pulse feedback, produce concise user resources, coordinate with UX and external partner Gloo, and document learnings for scalable rollouts. Measure success by genuine behavior change, trust-building, and sustainable field integration.

Provide strategic, systems-level HR leadership to design and execute people strategy, strengthen HR operations, lead compensation, ensure legal compliance, build and develop HR staff, partner with senior leaders, drive change management, use people data for decisions, and support ministry fund development and travel as required.

Lead and equip Nurses Christian Fellowship (NCF) chapters by recruiting, training, and discipling nurses and nurse educators. Develop leadership teams, implement strategic plans, produce devotional and training materials, partner with campus and national staff, and raise ministry funding. Supervise volunteers, support chapter growth, and collaborate across organizational teams to expand ministry impact.

Manage InterVarsity alumni social media channels by creating, editing, publishing, and scheduling content; engage alumni via direct messages; implement social strategies; moderate user content; collaborate with teams to promote events; write and design content for web, email, and donor communication; conduct interviews and attend events as needed to support alumni relations.

Coordinate donor experience and stewardship initiatives including event logistics, donor communications, reporting, and campaign support. Draft and design donor-facing materials, maintain stewardship systems and timelines, support gift officers, track engagement, and manage cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality donor relationships.

Manage stewardship and engagement for legacy (estate and planned giving) ministry partners. Design stewardship strategy, coordinate communications and impact reports, manage projects and tracking systems, partner with gift officers and Communications, and translate ministry impact into compelling stories while providing personalized, pastoral donor care.
