Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for regular, contract, seasonal, temporary, and cross‑regional roles. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source and screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, maintain ATS/Workday data, ensure compliance with labor and safeguarding standards, coordinate onboarding, and support global hiring needs while participating in IJM's spiritual community.

Support global marketing by developing visual concepts and producing print and digital design assets. Collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional teams, implement feedback, manage project communication, and create materials for campaigns, events, social, landing pages, and merchandise while upholding brand strategy and IJM values.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated global marketing campaigns. Assist with discovery, creative briefs, cross-channel coordination, performance data collection, asset rollouts, and stakeholder communication. Work closely with Creative, Digital, and regional teams to ensure on-brand execution and continuous improvement. Participate in spiritual formation community and comply with background checks and faith requirements.
