As a platform that facilitates scheduling and staffing between nurses and facilities, IntelyCare — which was valued at more than $1 billion after its latest funding — seeks to bring a personal emphasis to the professionals it impacts through its tech. “IntelyCare has a major focus on understanding and appreciating nursing professionals, and seeing them as people instead of a number or commodity,” said VP of Data Science Benjamin Tengelsen. According to SVP of Marketing Ken Yanhs, to make good on its goals, IntelyCare taps the internal might of its people. “The strength of our culture and values makes everything easier, because it gives us our ‘why’ that empowers us to succeed,” Yanhs said.
