Performance bonuses are issued to employees at the end of each calendar year.

IntelyCare provides Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental Blue plan which covers up to $1,500 per member per year for preventative care and more.

IntelyCare offers two health coverage options: Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue HMO or Blue Preferred PPO. These plans cover preventative care and offer deductibles for Individuals and Families.

Offers Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees receive up to $2,750 for out of pocket medical expenses and a 550 rollover each year through RSI. FSA cards are also provided to employees for eligible purchases.

Offers vision insurance

IntelyCare offers a VSP Vision Plan which features a $10 copay for regular 12 month exams and $25 copays for Single, Lined Bifocal, and Lined Trifocal lenses.

The state of Massachusetts offers a Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program that we provide all of our Massachusetts employees access to.
