IntelyCare's 401(K) plan provides 100% contribution matching up to 3%, and 50% matching up to 5%.

IntelyCare offers life insurance through UNUM. The plan contributes up to 1x annual salary up to a maximum benefit of $250,000 for basic life insurance coverage.
