Conducts qualitative and quantitative UX research for medical imaging products, including planning studies, recruiting and moderating participants, synthesizing findings, creating personas and journey maps, and influencing product and design decisions. Collaborates with clinicians, product managers, developers, and leadership; presents findings, maintains the research repository, and mentors less experienced researchers.

Conduct prospect research and multichannel outreach to healthcare organizations, engage healthcare decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and manage early sales-process handoffs. The role partners with sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to improve lead qualification and achieve revenue targets while promoting medical imaging and healthcare technology solutions.

Develop and maintain Intelerad’s Unified Storage Layer and cloud storage services for medical imaging applications. Responsibilities include designing software features, translating support and stakeholder requirements into solutions, debugging cloud infrastructure, managing Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD environments, reviewing code, documenting systems, and delivering work within an Agile/Scrum team.

Designs and leads enterprise database architecture for medical imaging platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include data modeling, database security and HIPAA compliance, performance optimization, backup and disaster recovery, capacity planning, database migrations, and integration with engineering and infrastructure teams. The role supports DICOM, HL7, and FHIR standards and requires leadership in distributed, high-availability database environments serving mission-critical healthcare workflows.

Designs and improves build and delivery infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native automation, Kubernetes platforms, and infrastructure tooling. Enables development teams, resolves delivery blockers, implements product features, contributes to platform roadmaps and architectural decisions, and ensures reliability, security, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Own end-to-end UX research and interface design for medical imaging products. Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with clinicians, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and create wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and design standards. Partner with product managers, developers, QA, and users from discovery through release. Present findings, facilitate critiques, guide implementation decisions, maintain the research repository, and mentor less experienced designers and researchers.

Own and prioritize the Universal Gateway backlog for DICOM, DICOMweb, HL7, and pathology imaging workflows. Partner with engineering, SRE, hosting, design, customers, and business teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, reliability targets, and delivery priorities. Validate high availability, failover, performance, and conformance requirements for cloud-based clinical imaging infrastructure. Track agile delivery metrics, manage risks, support testing and beta programs, and make technical trade-off decisions aligned with product strategy.

Own platform test strategy and execution for back-end services, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure. Build automated API and integration test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate interoperability, performance, scalability, upgrades, and migrations, and investigate complex defects. Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to improve release quality, establish testing standards, and mentor software testers.

Leads complex healthcare IT implementations for Intelerad’s InteleShare platform. Designs and deploys HL7/DICOM integrations, configures and validates enterprise systems, resolves advanced application and infrastructure issues, supports go-lives, delivers end-user training, and documents workflows and architecture changes. Partners with project managers, clients, and vendors to meet integration milestones. Also supports custom reports, SQL queries, migrations, workflow improvements, and post-implementation reviews. Travel up to 10% may be required.
