Provides on-site installation, servicing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for connected devices in senior living communities. Conducts site walkthroughs, Wi-Fi scans, device placement checks, documentation, and service updates. Coordinates with implementation managers, escalates issues, communicates with staff and residents, and submits daily reports. Requires frequent travel, physical installation work, ladder use, lifting, and professional interaction in healthcare-adjacent environments.

Lead multiple hardware and software product implementations end-to-end: develop project plans, drive delivery and training, manage customer stakeholder relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize implementation processes using lean tools, and transition sites to clinical success managers while meeting timeline, budget, and KPI targets.

Lead and scale Inspiren's end-to-end product support and contact center operations for hardware and software products. Set strategy, build contact center infrastructure, implement monitoring/alerting and AI/automation, drive proactive issue detection, translate support insights into product improvements, and develop a high-performing team to support expansion into new markets and care settings.

Own and administer Salesforce and NetSuite while designing and deploying production-grade AI-driven automations and agent workflows. Ensure data governance, PHI/HIPAA compliance, release management, and quote-to-cash integrity. Partner cross-functionally to prioritize work, coach teams, document systems, and measure impact of automation on operations and revenue.

Lead backend engineering for cloud-native, event-driven data pipelines and customer integrations (especially EHRs). Evolve core data models and APIs, improve scalability and reliability, mentor engineers, define best practices, and drive end-to-end testing and AWS-based solutions.

Lead and scale Inspiren's embedded firmware organization: define technical roadmap, architectures, standards, and AI-augmented workflows; oversee multi-modal sensing firmware (mmWave, optical, audio), multi-protocol communications, SoC strategy, OTA and secure/HIPAA-compliant systems; manage JDM partnerships and cross-functional alignment across R&D, NPI, and sustaining engineering.
