Act as HR business partner for client organizations: advise on employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, training needs, and HR policy. Build relationships with client leaders, analyze trends, deliver solutions, and ensure documentation in client systems. Engage internal partners to mitigate risk and improve retention.

The Outside Sales Consultant will advise small to midsized businesses on HR solutions, build client relationships, achieve sales goals, and facilitate new client processes.
