The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Program, ensuring compliance, managing timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

Lead development and updates of local, state, and tribal hazard mitigation, resilience, and climate adaptation plans. Perform risk assessments, data analysis, QA/QC for FEMA approval, stakeholder engagement, technical writing, public meeting facilitation, team leadership, and support proposal/marketing activities.

Conduct post-wildfire risk and erosion assessments, analyze hydrologic and geomorphic data, develop and implement flood and erosion mitigation plans, use GIS and remote sensing to map risk zones, monitor mitigation effectiveness, provide technical guidance and training, coordinate with agencies and communities, and prepare reports and educational materials.
