Manages Cisco and FortiGate environments, VPNs, SD-WAN, monitoring, capacity planning, vulnerability remediation, and complex troubleshooting. Leads network migrations and infrastructure projects, maintains documentation, supports compliance and continuity efforts, collaborates across technical teams, and mentors junior staff.

Manages a U.S. non-litigated claims portfolio across workers’ compensation, auto, general liability, property, and cargo claims. Responsibilities include claim triage, reserves, settlements, return-to-work efforts, subrogation, vendor and insurer oversight, reporting, escalation, and claims process improvement. Partners with Legal, HR, Safety, Finance, Operations, brokers, carriers, and TPAs while supporting selected litigated matters.

Owns end-to-end solution architecture and platform governance for Tecsys Elite WMS. Leads warehouse process design, integrations, configuration standards, implementation planning, testing, cutover, go-live, support, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, manages risks and escalations, mentors internal teams, oversees integrations with enterprise and warehouse automation systems, and establishes reusable deployment patterns across customer sites.
