Lead pre-sales solution engineering for enterprise CLM, designing AI-powered architectures, delivering demos/POCs, building executive business cases, advising on Azure AI and integrations (CRM/ERP/middleware), evangelizing generative AI, guiding AI governance, and mentoring junior solution engineers to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.

Lead structured win/loss analysis and translate market signals into decision-ready recommendations for pricing, product, packaging, positioning, and GTM. Quantify revenue impact, prioritize repeatable gaps, partner with Sales/Product/Finance, and deliver leadership readouts to improve win rates and inform pricing and packaging strategy.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud automation and tooling for Azure Government. Operate mission-critical production systems (24x7 on-call), implement IaC and DevOps pipelines, resolve Azure PaaS and app issues, enforce federal security/compliance, manage IAM and deployments, support audits, and maintain technical documentation.
