Supervise crew and security personnel for international flights at Boston International Airport. Ensure adherence to SOPs, perform daily security and equipment checks, coordinate security and personnel welfare, assist with pre-boarding and international passenger needs, and maintain compliance.

Source, screen, and interview candidates; maintain pipelines and recruitment databases; process applicants and new hires through HRIS; meet weekly outreach quotas; liaise with HR support, General Manager, and Regional Director; handle candidate communications and other HR tasks as assigned.

Manage billing inquiries, prepare and forward invoices, monitor outstanding bills and follow up for payment, produce billing reports and spreadsheets, collaborate with finance to ensure contract compliance, and complete online status reports.

Process payroll and billing accurately using Paycom; ensure payroll compliance, maintain records, resolve discrepancies, prepare and reconcile invoices, monitor accounts receivable, assist with audits and reporting, and support payroll/billing inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and recommending process improvements.
