Leads global web marketing strategy, governance, content frameworks, platform optimization, accessibility, performance, analytics, and conversion effectiveness. Manages web marketing staff, agencies, vendors, budgets, and website lifecycles while partnering with communications, brand, fundraising, advocacy, and international teams. Oversees emerging AI discovery practices, ensures authoritative and accessible content, and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership. The role is fully remote in the United States, with Eastern Time availability and occasional work outside standard hours.

Develop and maintain front-end web solutions for donation and advocacy forms, webpages, and email templates in Engaging Networks. Collaborate with marketing, design, security, testing, vendors, and information systems teams. Apply AI-assisted development, accessibility, UX, performance, GDPR, PCI, and security practices. Support A/B testing, documentation, troubleshooting, data visualization, and compliance while delivering secure, high-quality digital experiences for fundraising and advocacy.
