The Major Gifts Officer manages a portfolio of 150–175 major gift prospects and donors, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships through personalized in-person and virtual engagement. The role develops donor strategies, advances prospects using Moves Management, secures significant gifts, identifies new relationships, manages volunteer and Board engagement, collaborates on fundraising events, and meets visit and revenue targets.

Leads organization-wide technology strategy, systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, AI adoption, vendor relationships, and IT operations. Partners with program leaders to implement practical technology solutions, simplify infrastructure, improve workflows, strengthen reporting, and enhance service delivery. Manages the IT Coordinator, MSP, technology budget, policies, system implementations, integrations, and external partners while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Provides inclusive early childhood education support for children with disabilities and developmental needs. Coaches teachers and parents, models learning strategies, adapts classroom activities, administers and interprets developmental screenings, coordinates referrals and services, and supports IEP and IFSP implementation. Maintains records, tracks individualized progress, develops action plans, collaborates with public schools and community partners, and facilitates transitions into Head Start and kindergarten.
