Support recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination), onboarding, employee records, and engagement activities. Explore and implement AI-assisted HR tools, assist HR analytics/reporting, update policies, and collaborate across teams.

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack software. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, resolve performance and security issues, collaborate with product and design, and operationalize AI models while improving processes and tooling.

Support operationalizing AI workflows by mapping and improving processes, testing AI tools and orchestration, documenting experiments and playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing automation to make AI work reliable, repeatable, and scalable.

Lead and improve operational processes across people and process domains. Manage recurring operational tasks, optimize workflows, maintain documentation and reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve operational risks to ensure program delivery and scalability.

Support the Program Lead in people and process operations: scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, SOPs, onboarding, tooling access, backlog tracking, documentation upkeep, and process improvement projects to keep startup operations running smoothly.

Design intuitive product experiences by creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Collaborate with product and engineering, use AI-assisted design tools, incorporate user feedback, and maintain visual and interaction consistency across components.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Lead technical projects, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, resolve performance/security issues, improve CI/CD and DevOps, and operationalize AI models.
