Troubleshoots account access, billing, and membership issues; de-escalates sensitive patient concerns; documents interactions; identifies trends; and coordinates with internal teams to resolve complex cases. The role requires empathy, clear written communication, independence, reliable time management, and customer service experience. Zendesk, retention, and dispute resolution experience are preferred.
