Manage inbound homeowner leads through the full sales cycle for Hometap's home equity investment: qualify and educate homeowners, maintain pipeline in Salesforce and Hometap's Hub, coordinate with internal teams, collect documentation, close deals, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead the architecture team and manage technology decisions while mentoring architects, driving methodology, and collaborating with stakeholders on software architecture improvements.

The Tax Manager will manage Hometap's tax compliance and reporting, oversee partnership tax filings, handle income tax accounting for corporate entities, and communicate with investors while enhancing processes and driving audits.
