Supports the Corporate, M&A and Securities business development team through project coordination, events, pitches, proposals, directory submissions, research, communications, collateral maintenance, referral tracking, and data management. Approximately half the role focuses on AI enablement, data operations, workflow automation, and process improvement. The coordinator works with attorneys and stakeholders to maintain accurate systems, deliver initiatives, and improve business development efficiency.

Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Support attorneys by developing and tracking matter budgets, producing financial and RFP analyses, creating matter plans, coordinating data for client reviews, establishing legal project management best practices, and collaborating with IT to automate reporting and improve profitability tracking.
