The role manages complex initiatives, influences senior stakeholders, measures business development results, and supervises marketing professionals across offices.

Supports the Corporate, M&A and Securities business development team through project coordination, events, pitches, proposals, directory submissions, research, communications, collateral maintenance, referral tracking, and data management. Approximately half the role focuses on AI enablement, data operations, workflow automation, and process improvement. The coordinator works with attorneys and stakeholders to maintain accurate systems, deliver initiatives, and improve business development efficiency.
