Creates, edits, and finalizes branded educational and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and related design tools. Develops charts, diagrams, flyers, emails, landing pages, and presentation materials while ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and print or digital readiness. Collaborates with account management and internal teams, manages multiple projects, communicates status and issues, and supports efficient design workflows.

Manage corporate expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting. Partner with department leaders, Treasury, M&A, Accounting, and Finance leadership to assess risks, optimize costs, improve processes, and translate financial analysis into actionable business insights. The role also supports monthly close, annual operating plans, scenario analysis, and reporting automation through financial systems and business intelligence tools.

Provide day-to-day Workday HCM administration and support across employee data, organizational changes, compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and talent processes. Troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, assist with configuration and testing, support HR activities and reporting, create documentation and training materials, and guide employees, managers, and HR partners on Workday processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR workflows and the employee experience while protecting confidential information.
