HighLevel Benefits Overview

Build and activate HighLevel’s MSP partnership channel from the ground up. The role develops MSP relationships, validates customer profiles and value propositions, generates pipeline, manages partner lifecycle, and creates repeatable onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion processes. It collaborates with affiliate, product, marketing, enablement, and marketplace teams to develop the MSP go-to-market playbook, identify integrations, analyze performance data, and establish lighthouse partnerships. The position also represents HighLevel at relevant MSP industry events.

Lead product design strategy and execution for complex HighLevel platform experiences. Partner with product, engineering, research, and data teams to define vision, design workflows, improve usability and accessibility, and establish scalable design standards. Use customer insights and metrics to guide decisions, lead quality reviews, mentor designers, facilitate critique, and influence product direction across a distributed remote organization.

Leads the Data Platform and Infrastructure team, owning strategy, architecture, execution, and organizational development. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring engineers, guiding data ingestion and platform design, establishing APIs, SLAs, governance, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. The role partners with Product, Data, Finance, Security, and Analytics teams to enable reporting, experimentation, machine learning, and data products while scaling reliable infrastructure and developing future technical leaders.
