Lead strategic account management for public sector healthcare clients to drive retention, revenue growth, adoption, and expansion. Serve as primary executive contact, manage renewals and procurement cycles, run business reviews, identify new use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track outcomes to mitigate risk and maximize client value.

Lead cross-functional analyses and build scalable reporting for go-to-market teams. Develop and automate data pipelines, create interactive dashboards, improve data quality, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and executives.

The Director, Consultant Relations will develop relationships with consulting firms, support sales efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth for Hello Heart's cardiac health solutions.

Provide commercial legal counsel for a fast-growing digital health company: draft and negotiate contracts (MSAs, BAAs, data and licensing agreements), build scalable commercial and compliance processes, advise on HIPAA/FDA/FTC/IP issues, manage outside counsel, and support business growth and investigations.

Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization. Own project planning, timelines, cross-functional execution, risk identification/escalation, status reporting, issue resolution, process improvement, and act as primary client point of contact to ensure successful launches.

Lead technical ownership of a device product lane from concept to end-of-life, overseeing hardware, firmware, manufacturing, validation, connectivity, and field performance. Drive cross-functional execution, supplier and contract manufacturer partnerships, manufacturing readiness, diagnostics and automation, root-cause investigations, and use AI/automation to improve engineering and operations. Mentor engineers and make executive tradeoffs across performance, reliability, cost, quality, and schedule.
