Lead high-volume, multi-state clinical recruiting for LPNs and other care staff while managing two recruiters. Own corporate hiring, sourcing strategy, employer brand, ATS implementation, recruiting metrics, compliance, and stakeholder partnerships. Build scalable processes that improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, and clinical workforce coverage.
