Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

Healthmine’s 401(k) retirement plan is administered through Fidelity and includes Safe Harbor Match and 100% vesting for all salary deferral, match, and rollover contributions.

Offers disability insurance

Healthmine covers 100% of Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) premiums. STD benefit is 60% of employees' weekly salary and LTD benefit is 60% of employees' annual salary.

Provides 401(K) matching

Healthmine’s 401(k) matching formula is as follows: 100% up to 3% and 50% on the next 2% of gross compensation (i.e., 4% match when you contribute 5%). You are 100% vested in matched contributions.

Offers life insurance

Healthmine has an employer paid life and AD&D insurance plan, as well as a voluntary plan for additional coverage.

Provides adoption assistance

All eligible employees will receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave immediately following the adoption of a child less than 5 years old.

Offers generous parental leave

Healthmine offers 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all eligible employees (regardless of gender) for activities related to the care and well-being of their newborn or adopted child.
