Provide non-clinical support to care/case managers including creating cases/events, managing authorizations, telephonic outreach to members/providers, handling mailings and faxes, documenting member information, and meeting performance and compliance requirements (HIPAA). Assigned to a clinical team and may perform additional departmental tasks.

Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of Qlik-based dashboards, reports, and healthcare applications. Build data extracts, optimize Qlik apps, develop NPrinting reports, write specifications and code, use Agile tools, support deployments, and train/assist end users and QA.
