Manage load tendering, transportation planning, dispatching, shipping documentation, carrier and customer communications, logistics metrics, freight invoice auditing and payment, and freight claim processing. Analyze transportation costs and service performance, support continuous improvement, and ensure shipments meet delivery objectives cost-effectively.

Manages end-to-end customer relationships for manufacturing accounts, including customer records, credit terms, quotes, orders, order status, expediting, and complaint resolution. Owns JIT supply chain programs and collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and scheduling teams on forecasts, reorder points, material availability, and commercial opportunities. Performs inside sales follow-up and cold calling while maintaining accurate system data and delivery metrics.
