GW&K Investment Management Benefits Overview

Lead development of a centralized investment risk function covering Equity and Fixed Income. Monitor and report portfolio exposures, perform risk attribution, factor and scenario analysis, and stress testing. Build governance, risk frameworks, dashboards, and reporting; work in analytics platforms (FactSet, Axioma, Bloomberg). Partner with investment teams, Product, Legal & Compliance, IT, and senior leadership to improve risk data, controls, and reporting and support due diligence and committee oversight.

Support monthly close, prepare/post journal entries, reconcile cash, manage AR/AP and client billing, produce invoices and aging reports, and develop financial reporting and automated BI solutions to inform senior management.

Support positioning, development, and rationalization of investment products across Institutional, Advisory, and Private Wealth channels. Conduct market research, define product strategy, collaborate with Investments, Sales, Marketing and other teams, develop marketing materials, analyze product economics, and incorporate client/sales feedback into product enhancements and launches.
