Serve as a core investment team member supporting portfolio management, manager research, private markets evaluation, client-facing content, reporting, and rebalancing. Lead complex multi-tab Excel modeling, maintain data integrity across reporting platforms, support discretionary oversight and trade coordination, and collaborate cross-functionally on investment projects and client deliverables.

Support FP&A for a private equity-backed portfolio company: lead budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting (US GAAP), build models for initiatives and M&A, analyze cash flow and KPIs, provide insights to leadership and investors, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive value and process improvements.

Lead product marketing strategy and execution across Great Gray and RPAG brands. Own positioning, competitive intelligence, GTM playbooks, launch messaging, sales enablement, and proposal narratives while partnering closely with sales, content, brand, and growth teams to drive differentiation and support revenue motion.

Lead RPAGmarketing P&L and full-funnel growth from acquisition to closed booking. Own advisor acquisition, member engagement, cross-sell/upsell, CRO and experimentation. Jointly manage martech and marketing operations (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot), build pipeline analytics and attribution, and coordinate advisor channel strategy to drive revenue and expansion.

Temporary, part-time unpaid extern supporting Legal and Compliance on a governance documentation project for collective investment funds. Duties include reviewing, revising, drafting, proofreading, organizing, and inventorying legal and governance documents, participating in meetings, and assisting with special projects under attorney supervision. Position runs ~10 weeks during the Fall semester for current J.D. or LL.M students eligible for academic credit; hybrid work from Boston or Wilmington office.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, develop prospects, lead discovery, and maintain client relationships while partnering with internal teams.

Lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects, manage project plans, risks, budgets, and change control, coordinate technical integrations, drive adoption through change management, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance using Smartsheet and common tooling.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models, LLM/RAG applications, and agentic AI systems using Python and cloud platforms. Perform EDA, create dashboards, diagnose model issues, enforce reproducible practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
