As a Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with new prospects, maintain customer accounts, handle inquiries, and meet sales budgets.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn about electrical distribution and Graybar's sales process, gaining hands-on experience while rotating through various areas of the business.

Develop and grow customer accounts by selling company products and services, handle inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, attend training/trade shows and sales meetings, meet or exceed annual sales and margin targets, and use personal vehicle for limited business travel.

Learn Graybar's electrical distribution business and sales process through formal training and rotations across sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes. Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment and transition into a sales role.

Serve as customer liaison for large, time-sensitive projects: enter orders, prepare/revise material submittals, handle returns/credits, report using project software, coordinate deliveries, and process job billing and invoices.

Sell company electrical products and services by developing new accounts and maintaining existing customers, handling inquiries, keeping accurate records, attending trade shows and trainings, meeting sales and margin targets, and traveling occasionally using a personal vehicle eligible for reimbursement.
