Manage recurring FP&A workflows including forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and monthly close. Lead monthly dept. meetings, maintain data quality in financial models and reports, support executive and ad-hoc analysis, assist annual budget process, and improve FP&A systems and reporting (including AI use).

Own and improve planning and reporting processes, build and maintain dynamic financial models, lead P&L and margin analysis, support annual budgeting, produce executive and board reports, review analyst work, partner on pricing/profitability analyses, and help scale FP&A systems and processes (including AI).

Lead accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, tax, and insurance functions as a senior Finance leader. Oversee Controller and accounting teams, ensure audit readiness, deliver executive reporting and cash management, strengthen controls and finance processes, and partner with product and executive leaders on payments and financial governance.

Lead and coordinate incident response to reduce frequency, duration, and impact of production issues. Drive incident communications, own action items, facilitate risk assessments and postmortems, analyze incident data and trends, and recommend/process improvements. Participate in on-call rotation and work assigned weekday shift hours to support organizational readiness and learning.

Serve as liaison between clients and developers for a cloud-based SaaS product: analyze problems, write technical specifications, prioritize work, test changes, implement and train clients, and provide ongoing client support.

Lead full-cycle B2G sales into government clients: manage outreach, RFP/RFI responses, demos, proposals, contracting, and handoffs. Build stakeholder relationships, manage a territory and pipeline, meet quota, coordinate internal teams, represent the company at events, and help improve go-to-market strategies.

Build and support high-performance data solutions, design and operate ETL pipelines and data warehouses, monitor production analytics tools, troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with product teams, and support TechOps for analytics infrastructure.
