Oversee accounting operations, monthly and annual close processes, payroll, general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, audits, fixed assets, lease accounting, and financial reporting. Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, support foreign subsidiary reporting, improve accounting systems and processes, and supervise accounting activities. The role also prepares journal entries, audit schedules, financial reports, and responds to accounting inquiries while supporting tax and other financial projects.

Leads revenue recognition, gross-to-net accounting, inventory and COGS accounting, financial close, cost forecasting, SOX controls, and accounting policy development. Partners with commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, auditors, consultants, and internal SOX teams. Oversees consultants, supports SEC reporting, improves processes, and ensures compliance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
