Supports Customer Success Managers by executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for mid-market automotive customers. Responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, creating ad copy, updating budgets, monitoring pacing and performance, troubleshooting issues, training clients on dashboard capabilities, analyzing campaign data, and recommending tactics to improve conversions and ROI. The role also collaborates with Product and serves as an internal advertising resource.

Manage relationships with dealership customers to drive product adoption, demonstrate ROI, minimize churn, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional plans to optimize customer lifetime value and revenue opportunities.
