Prepare and process tissue specimens and slides (embedding, microtomy, staining, IHC), maintain equipment and logs, perform QC, follow safety and regulatory (CLIA/CAP) policies, and support high-volume diagnostic lab operations.

Performs digital microphotography and quality control for pathology cases, ensuring slide/specimen accuracy, verifying stains/levels, documenting QC/QA, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining LIS records and a clean, compliant lab environment.

Interpret dermatopathology and surgical skin biopsy specimens, provide accurate diagnostic reports, consult with peers, participate in QA and training, and contribute to research and clinician relations.

Serve as a hands-on HR business partner providing coaching and consultative support to leaders and employees across talent management, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and HR administration. Lead training design and delivery, conduct investigations, recommend disciplinary actions, maintain HR records and compliance, support SOX audit activities, and drive HR projects and policy implementation.

Lead regional genomics sales for the Pacific Northwest/Alaska: develop and execute sales strategies, meet revenue quotas, manage Salesforce CRM and regional business plan, provide technical presentations and market education, gather market intelligence, advise the Regional VP, and travel up to 50%.
