Lead and manage state integrated health data system (IDS) projects: serve as trusted advisor, oversee cross-functional teams, deliver client-facing analyses and written materials, supervise junior staff, support business development and proposals, and continuously build subject-matter expertise to improve IDS products and client outcomes.

Collaborate with policy and analytics teams to translate requirements into data solutions and improve data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
