Manage and grow a healthcare client account by developing executive relationships, identifying AI and GenAI opportunities, shaping demand, and driving new business, sales, margins, proposals, pilots, and subscriptions. Collaborate with consulting, delivery, finance, research, and engineering teams across the U.S. and India. Translate AI capabilities, cloud services, APIs, data pipelines, and commercial models into client value propositions while supporting successful production deployments.

Develop ASP.NET Core APIs, implement data integration workflows, integrate AI outputs into radiology applications, manage demo study loading and data orchestration, and collaborate with frontend, AI, and clinical stakeholders to ensure high performance and reliability.

Serve as a blended Project Manager and Business Analyst for healthcare/medtech engagements: plan and track delivery, manage risks and scope, lead requirements gathering, process mapping, backlog and user story development, support Agile ceremonies, coordinate UAT and stakeholder sign-off, and produce executive reporting to keep programs on schedule and compliant.

Client-facing GenAI Engineer/Architect responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering scalable GenAI solutions for healthcare and medtech. Run workshops, translate needs into requirements and architecture, implement LLM-based systems (RAG, vector search, document AI/OCR), ensure PHI/PII governance and compliance, evaluate models, and support pilot-to-scale transitions in Agile teams.
