Serve as a blended Project Manager and Business Analyst for healthcare/medtech engagements: plan and track delivery, manage risks and scope, lead requirements gathering, process mapping, backlog and user story development, support Agile ceremonies, coordinate UAT and stakeholder sign-off, and produce executive reporting to keep programs on schedule and compliant.

Client-facing GenAI Engineer/Architect responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering scalable GenAI solutions for healthcare and medtech. Run workshops, translate needs into requirements and architecture, implement LLM-based systems (RAG, vector search, document AI/OCR), ensure PHI/PII governance and compliance, evaluate models, and support pilot-to-scale transitions in Agile teams.

The Account Growth Manager will drive new business, maintain client relationships, develop AI use cases, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial success in healthcare accounts.
