Owns product vision, backlog, and stakeholder alignment for healthcare SaaS products. Breaks down epics into user stories, prioritizes features, partners with UX and engineering, defines acceptance criteria and KPIs, supports releases, and incorporates data/API integrations and AI-enabled capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Drive full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales for RSO Assist, including pipeline development, consultative discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop strategic opportunities, manage territories and forecasts, achieve quotas, and engage executive, operational, compliance, IT, and finance stakeholders. Maintain expertise in radiation safety workflows, SaaS models, and competitive solutions while supporting complex sales cycles and customer modernization initiatives.

Lead executive talent acquisition across Fortive’s operating companies. Partner with senior leaders to define leadership hiring strategies, manage full-cycle executive recruiting, build internal and external talent pipelines, and provide market and recruitment analytics. Advise stakeholders, negotiate offers, improve recruitment processes, and mentor recruiting team members while maintaining discretion, integrity, and an inclusive candidate experience.
