Perform quarterly loss reserve analyses across multiple P&C lines, monitor reserve adequacy, conduct semiannual long-duration UPR analyses, improve actuarial data/reporting, perform deep-dive program analyses, support pricing due diligence, assist regulatory reporting (US Annual Statement, Schedule P, IFRS 17), and estimate collateral needs for unauthorized reinsurers.

Provide hands-on legal advice on insurance product design, coverage, and claims for admitted, surplus lines, and warranty/service contract products. Partner with Underwriting, Product, Regulatory, Claims, and leadership to draft and interpret policy language, assess coverage positions, manage disputes, support regulatory matters, and coordinate with outside counsel on high-risk coverage issues.

Support enterprise financial reporting and data accuracy across GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K‑ICS; validate and reconcile data; automate and improve reporting processes; analyze trends and deliver insights; collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Actuarial and operations; document processes and support audits.
