Develop first-principles models, prototype and test novel designs, optimize manufacturability and cost, and guide systems through verification. Collaborate with battery, materials, electrical, controls, manufacturing, compliance, and program teams while engaging vendors and mentoring engineers. Champion safety and use AI-enabled workflows in a fast-paced, production-scaling environment.

Support corporate FP&A for engineering and R&D by developing budgets, analyzing spending, forecasting, leading budget reviews, maintaining financial controls, building reporting dashboards, and improving finance processes. Partner with G&A teams, finance systems, business intelligence, and engineering leadership to provide accurate, data-driven insights for decision-making.

Design, build, and deploy electrical test equipment for iron-air battery systems, including control panels, test racks, PCBAs, harnesses, and verification test beds. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, ensure compliance and safety for high-power systems, document designs and validation procedures, and support troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of deployed infrastructure.

Leads supplier quality activities for high-volume iron-air battery manufacturing, including PPAP, supplier audits, quality standards, acceptance testing, root-cause analysis, performance monitoring, and supplier development. Partners with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure conforming components and drive zero-defect performance. Requires extensive quality or manufacturing experience, engineering education, and knowledge of SPC, Cpk, Gage R&R, process qualification, and industry quality standards.

Leads Form Energy’s employer branding and talent marketing strategy through integrated campaigns, paid recruitment advertising, employee storytelling, digital content, recruiting events, partnerships, and social media initiatives. Partners with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Communications, engineering, manufacturing, and hiring leaders to support workforce growth and hard-to-fill roles. Measures campaign performance and optimizes engagement and return on investment. This hybrid role requires onsite work three days weekly and travel of approximately 20%.

Develop and manage cost engineering processes for electromechanical products across their lifecycle. Create detailed estimates for mechanical, electronic, wiring, and assembly components; analyze CAD specifications, PLM data, BOMs, and manufacturing processes; identify cost drivers and reduction opportunities; build cost tools and databases with Finance; improve cost data reporting; and support make-versus-buy decisions.

Own and evolve Form Energy’s Microsoft ecosystem, including Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID entitlement management, SharePoint governance, BYOD policies, and M365/Azure automation. Develop Graph API and Power Automate solutions, document operational processes, support identity and device escalations, evaluate new Microsoft capabilities, and collaborate with cybersecurity and risk teams. The hybrid role requires onsite work in Somerville, Massachusetts, at least three days weekly.

Leads SEC and external financial reporting, technical accounting assessments, accounting policy development, audit coordination, SOX compliance, and complex transaction accounting. Manages reporting deliverables including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, financial statements, and XBRL tagging. Partners with Legal, Investor Relations, FP&A, auditors, and executives while leading and developing the accounting team.

Build and lead Form Energy’s Employee Relations function, including investigation processes, case management, policies, reporting, and escalation frameworks. Manage a complex, high-volume caseload; conduct legally sound investigations; advise senior leaders and People Partners; coach managers; identify systemic risks through ER analytics; and collaborate with Legal and other People teams. The role is hybrid in Weirton, WV or Somerville, MA and requires travel to company locations.

Lead electrode engineering programs from prototyping through mass production for iron-air batteries. Manage design release schedules, supplier fabrication, procurement coordination, technical risks, milestones, and cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams. Improve program management systems, facilitate decisions, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders throughout the organization.
