Own the Product Operations roadmap and lead cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build scalable product operating processes, champion AI-enabled development workflows, synthesize product and clinical data, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive visibility into program health. The role requires independent judgment, strong Agile and SDLC knowledge, analytical ability, and effective stakeholder influence in a software or digital health environment.

Owns care delivery product capabilities including prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows. The role gathers clinical and business requirements, prioritizes roadmaps, translates needs into product specifications, partners with engineering and cross-functional teams, tracks product metrics, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and leads feature rollout and training. It also identifies responsible applications of AI and automation to reduce clinical and administrative burdens in a regulated healthcare environment.
