Build and own shared architecture, infrastructure, state-management patterns, testing systems, and developer tooling for a React Native mobile application. Deliver customer-facing features, integrate APIs and third-party services, resolve iOS and Android issues, optimize performance, and improve AI-assisted engineering workflows. Mentor engineers, review code, guide platform adoption, maintain reliability standards, and participate in production support and on-call rotations.

Owns business analysis for product creation technology systems spanning PLM, ERP, supply chain, planning, allocation, and B2B platforms. Responsibilities include requirements documentation, UAT leadership, regression testing, system troubleshooting, integration analysis, Agile delivery support, change management, training, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The role serves as a liaison between business users, product managers, engineers, vendors, and QA teams while supporting system enhancements and resolving complex data and workflow issues.

Supports and improves CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, AWS infrastructure, VM environments, artifact repositories, and observability tooling. Partners with engineering teams to deliver automation and reliability improvements, develops reusable Terraform and workflow components, participates in on-call incident response, and documents systems and processes.

Administer and enhance SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow, including application integrations, Workday lifecycle automation, RBAC design, provisioning, certifications, and workflow troubleshooting. Support integrations with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, monitor identity data quality, remediate access issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with HRIS, IT, Security, auditors, application owners, and business stakeholders on governance, compliance, and access reviews.
