Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, architect scalable deployment processes, manage GitLab and Jenkins, support embedded software development, mentor engineers, identify and fix process gaps, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis across projects.

Own social content operations: manage the Airtable master calendar, enforce SLAs, act as intake/project manager, facilitate approvals, schedule posts and manage Hootsuite inbox, maintain SOPs, and train/onboard team members and partners to ensure compliant, timely publishing and community engagement.

Lead brand and communications design: develop and evolve brand systems, create campaigns and executive presentations, translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives, and deliver internal communication assets that engage employees and support leadership.

Sell IT staffing solutions into life sciences clients by developing new business, managing client relationships, creating account strategies, collaborating with recruiting teams, and providing market intelligence on talent and compensation. Focus areas include data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and R&D IT to support regulated environments and accelerate project delivery.
