Financial + Retirement

401(K)

Employees can contribute from 1% to 25% of salary. The plan allows employees to make 401k contributions on pre-tax and after-tax basis. Employee chooses from various investment options.

401(K) matching

Company match is a 50% match on the first 4% of salary contributed, up to the yearly maximum. Company matching contributions are subject to a three-year vesting schedule– 1/3 after one year, 2/3 aft

Employee stock purchase plan

US employees may contribute up to 15% of base pay toward purchase of Everbridge stock. Stocks are purchased at 15% discount off market price. The ESPP has 2 six-month offering/contribution periods.

Performance bonus

Depending on your position at Everbridge, you may be eligible for an annual performance based bonus at year end.
