Implement and configure JWorks case management software to meet customer business needs. Analyze processes, create gap analyses and functional designs, conduct testing and training, provide implementation support, and recommend process improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with product management and marketing teams. The role requires onsite customer engagement and travel across the country.

Lead internal IT operations, including Microsoft 365 tenant migration and administration, Okta and Entra ID identity management, Windows endpoint management through Intune, and service desk supervision. Manage onboarding, offboarding, assets, vendors, ITSM processes, documentation, incidents, and compliance evidence supporting SOC 2 and CJIS requirements. Coordinate with technical, security, and parent-company teams during organizational decentralization, and provide occasional after-hours incident support.
